Hazel Smith of Gilchrist died Wednesday at a Galveston hospital. She was 54.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Martin-Pitts Funeral Home Chapel in Cleburne. The burial will be in Godley Cemetery in Godley.

Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Sam Smith of Gilchrist; two sons, Devan Tolar of Hurst and Dale Tolar of Santa Rosa, Calif.; a daughter, Belinda Sue Hernley of Hurst; her mother, Molly Davis of Godley; two sisters, Dorothy Funderburk of Granbury; and Louise Wainwright of Houston; a brother, Wilburn Davis of Granbury and six grandchildren.
