Caroline E. Cieslak, age 90 of Wilmington, DE passed away on September 2, 2023 at Christiana Care. Born to Antonio "Tony" and Elisabetta Falasca Moretti in Chester, PA.

Caroline has resided the past 8 years in Wilmington, DE, previously residing in Aston, PA. A homemaker raising her children, Caroline later was employed at the Shoe Store located in the Booths Corner Farmers Market. Caroline was a member of St. Joseph Church in Aston. She had a passion for dancing and enjoyed going to dances at the Redwood in Upland Park where her favorite song to dance to was"Sweet Caroline" by Neil Diamond. She also enjoyed the slot machines and lunch at the casinos. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting, puzzle books, shopping and eating.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen R. Cieslak who died in 1984, daughter, Carolyn Hood who died in 2018 and 6 siblings, Yolanda LaSpada, Albert, Anthony Jr., Raymond, John & Gabriel Moretti.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Patricia Mathis and Stephanie (Kevin) Ufier, 9 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on September 15, Friday, 12-1PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by funeral services at 1:00PM.

Interment, Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Linwood, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Faithful Friends, 165 Airport Rd., New Castle, DE 19720. (Please memo the "Mommy & Molly Fund").
