Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Abbitt Jones' life did not truly end with her passing, for her vital spark lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Cindy was taken from us much too soon on January 25, 2023, at the age of 65. Born in Lakewood, Ohio in 1957 to James and Ann Brindza, Cindy was the oldest of 6 children. She was a compassionate registered nurse and dedicated teacher for many years. Cindy loved her family and was devoted to her four grandchildren, proud of her two sons, and supportive of her daughters-in-law.
She was married to the love of her life and best friend Dale for 32 wonderful, adventure-filled years. An animal lover, Cindy adopted and cherished many dogs and cats during her life. Her friends were important to her, and she inspired their love and loyalty with her generosity, sense of humor, and fun spirit.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband Dale, sons Patrick Smith and Jonathan Abbitt, daughters-in-law Allegra and Lisa, grandchildren Isaac, Evan, Nathan, and Zoey, siblings James, Ricky, and Chickie, and many nieces and nephews, all of whom will honor her memory by living their lives to the fullest.
A celebration of Cindy's life is scheduled for 12:00 PM on February 7th, 2023, at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club, located at 6425 East Teton Circle, Mesa, AZ.
