Obituary
Services for Mrs. Margaret F. Deming, 83, Bruneau, who died Monday at her home of natural causes, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Bruneau Americn Legion Hall by Bishop C.A. (Pete) Merrick of the Grand View-Bruneau Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Interment will be at Bruneau under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Mountain Home.
Born Aug. 15, 1887, in Colville, Utah, Mrs. Deming was married to Granville Deming on Dec. 22, 1909 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They came to Bruneau in 1912 from Upton, Utah and farmed in this area. Mr. Deming did custom farm work until his death in 1954. Mrs. Deming was a member of the LDS Church and the church Ladies Relief Society.
Surviviing are two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Krauth of Boise and Mrs. Vera Durfee of Beaverton, Ore.; three sons, Grant of Bruneau, Wayne of Caliente, Nev., and Roy Deming of Kalispell, Mont.; three sisters, Mrs. Arania Mortenson of Quincy, Wash., and Mrs. Vera Hansen and Miss Orthella Kidd, both of Twin Falls; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
