She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School, Lincoln, Nebraska in 1965 and then attended Phillips University, Enid, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, an avid gardener, enjoyed history and crafts and was her family genealogist (historian).
Vicky married Danny Neal Winfield on 7 October 1967 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. During their more than 50 years of marriage they lived in 5 states (Oklahoma, Nebraska, Georgia, Texas & New Mexico) and 3 other countries (England, Germany & Turkey). She had three children: Danny Neal Jr., Don Loren & Mickey David. She loved her family and was devoted to them all.
She was preceded in death by her father, her mother, her step-father (Frederick W. Hockman), her father-in-law (Neal Jr. Winfield), her mother-in-law (Thelma Mae Walton Winfield), her sister-in-law (Virginia Winfield Cross), her brother-in-law (Dewey Sutton), her brother-in-law (Terry Page) along with two sons (Danny Neal Jr. & Mickey David) & daughter-in-law (Karen Jeffery Winfield).
