Mrs. Lucille Faye Owenby Daniels Bailey age 82 of Bailey Plantation Blairsville passed away on Tuesday August 29,2023 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Bailey was born on March 27,1941 in Blairsville, GA., the daughter of the late Howard Owenby and the late Roxie Dockery Owenby. She was a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Lucille was preceded in death by her first husband, Tommy Daniels and her second husband, Donald Bailey, and by her granddaughter, Chasity Free. Mrs. Bailey was a member of Old Union Baptist Church and attended Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Friday September 1, 2023 at 2:00 pm from the Mountain View Chapel. Interment will follow in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery where she will rest next to her beloved husband Don.
