FRED B. WILLIAMS Jr., 93. Indianapolis, died Wednesday. Grave-side services will be at noon Saturday at Salt Lake City Cemetery, with calling an hour before services in Larkin Mortuary, Salt Lake City. He had owned Atlas Finance Co. since 1951. Previously, he owned Fred Williams Inc. Lincoln-Mercury from 1939 to 1958. Mr. Williams also owned Apex Tool & Machine from 1951 to 1983 and Williams Tool & Machine from 1941 to 1946. He was an Army veteran of World War 1. Survivors: sister. Cleone Winder: brothers, Byron L. and Lewis E. Williams.
