Benny passed away at 9:51 p.m. Friday at Somerset Care Center after an extended illness.
He was a former employee of Hull Pottery, Watt Pottery, Essex Wire and Knowlton Construction and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. His memberships include Ebenezer United Methodist Church of Roseville, Peerless Lodge 591 F & AM Crooksville and VFW Post 9090 Crooksville-Roseville.
He is survived by his wife of fifty eight years, Donna Faye Braglin Watts of the home; a daughter, Mary Jane (Wayne) Brown; two sons, Paul David (Joyce) Watts, and Jerome (Peggy) Watts; two sisters, Evangeline Worthington and Katherine (Raymond) Warren; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Stella Oliver Watts; a grandson, Jonathon Wayne Brown; a sister, Nancy Ann Muckley; and four brothers, Phillip, Addison, Joe and Emmett Watts.
