F. W. Boettger Dies
Wednesday Night
Fred W. Boettger, 72, who has lived in Shelby County almost all of his life, died at his home west of Harlan Wednesday night, following an illness of almost seven years. He has been bedfast since last February.
Surviving is his widow, eight children, Fred Boettger, Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Louise Welch, New Pass, Ind.; Mrs. Marie Buck, Harlan; Mrs. Roy Hansen, Shelby; Mrs. Harold Carson, Avoca; William, Herman and Walter all of Harlan.
Funeral services will be held from the Schack Funeral home Friday, Dec. 10 at 2:00 p. m. Interment will be in the Harlan cemetery.
