Charles Clayton McFarland was the son of John Albert Clayton McFarland and Susie Forrest (Rodman) McFarland. Charles married Martha Anna Ramsey on October 10, 1943 in Hamlet, Richmond County, North Carolina. Charles and Martha celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on October 10, 1993.
