Luke C. Bedwin
Luke C. Bedwin died suddenly last Friday in his home at 41 Cocasset street. He was 52 years old, and came here several years ago to manage Larrimore's Diner. After leaving that position he returned to his vocation as salesman, and in the past few years had also manufactured several products.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Nellie Hartwig Bedwin, he leaves two daughters: Mary and N. Edith Bedwin; a stepmother in Grand Rapids, Michigan; and a brother, Bert, in Michigan.
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon in the home by Rev. Harold Edgar Martin, pastor of Bethany Congregational Church. Burial was in the family plot in Rock Hill Cemetery.
