Mr. and Mrs. Miller and their daughter, Ruth were on their way to visit their daughter at Glencoe when Mrs. Miller became critically ill. She remained at her daughter's for a few hours and was removed to the hospital at Pawnee where she passed away before midnight.
Flaurie's funeral service was held at the Church of God in Ripley, Oklahoma. She was buried in the Union Cemetery at Glencoe under the direction of the Vincent Funeral Home of Stillwater. Surviving relatives included her five sons and six daughters. Also surviving her were her three sisters; Ellen Sap of Wyndott, Oklahoma, Laurie Lee of Kansas City, Missouri, Lottie Weems of Stark City, Missouri and two brothers; George Corker of Pitcher, Oklahoma and Henry Corker of Liberal, Missouri.
