Husband of Florence (Vars) Hathaway and a son of Allen J. and Edith (Whitcomb) Hathaway. Warren graduated from Littleton High School and attended college while working two jobs to support his family. Warren enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict. Upon his return home he worked for many years as a Mechanical Engineer for GenRad located in Bolton and Concord.

Warren enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all of his extended family and friends. He wintered in Florida for many years making many friends there. He enjoyed golfing year-round which became a passion after he retired.

He is survived by his children, Donna L. Hathaway, David W. Hathaway and his wife Anna Armenti, Nancy H. Silverman and her husband Charles "Chuck", Janet Woodsum and her husband David, Pamela A. Hathaway and a special friend of the family, Judy Cox and her husband Brian. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nikita Wolshin and her husband Jason, Joseph Woodsum, Jennifer Woodsum and Jake Hathaway; his great-grandchildren Charlotte and Colton Wolshin, his brother John Hathaway and many nieces and nephews.
