Constance Hartmann Collins, 75, of 834 Washington Blvd., a 50-year resident of Oak Park, died Friday at West Suburban Hospital. She was born in Chicago. Mrs. Collins, a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church, was a former member of Infant Welfare.
She was the widow of William P., who died in 1968; mother of Cynthia (Edward) Ulvestad of Naperville, and Judith (James) Sykora of Oak Brook; grandmother of Eric and Jill Ulvestad, and Scott, Cynthia and May Sykora, sister of Helen Baldwin and Emily Williams.
Services were conducted at the First Presbyterian Church Chapel by the Rev. William Killam, pastor. Burial was private.
