Cecil V. "Corky" Longfellow, 67, of 7925 Meadow Drive, Nashport, died at 12:37 pm Saturday, March 9, 1991, at Bethesda Hospital emergency room.
Mr. Longfellow retired in 1976 from Buckeye Pipeline Co., was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of Irville Lodge 184 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Valley of Cambridge and Treasurer Chapter OES of Nashport.
Born May 30, 1923, in Morgan County, he was a son of Elmer E. and Elsie May Coler Longfellow.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia Felumlee Longfellow, whom he married Aug 13, 1945; one son, Raymond E. Longfellow of Nashport; three brothers, Donald of Zanesville, Robert of Mount Vernon and Larry of Toboso; three sisters, Mrs. Roy (Maxine) Newsome of Nashport, Mrs. Harlan (Mary Louise) Anders of Philo and Mrs. Paul (Diane) Turner of Nashport; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Viola Longshore.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Monday at Baughman-Vensil-Orr Funeral Home in Frazeysburg, where Irville Lodge 184 will hold Masonic services at 6:30 pm Monday.
Services will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Harold W. Mowery officiating.
Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.
