Eston Cline Angel was born December 3, 1931 to Charlie and Mayme Angel of the Cold Springs Community in Pikeville, Tennessee.

He was the brother of Joe, Virginia, Louvada, Clyde, Wendell, Helen, and Clayton. Being from a large family, Eston learned quickly about working and learning life skills outside of school, and he delighted in telling everyone, that he did well after all for just an eighth grade education! He worked for Sam Brown's dealership and Carl Brown's Service Station, where he met the love of his life, Johnnie Ruth Cooley. They married in June of 1951. They were blessed with two daughters, Debbie and Dee. Then came his grandsons- Debbie with Chad and Joey, Dee with Matt and Cody. It doesn't stop there, now, Eston's family is growing again. Chad added Dawson, Gowan, and Landry. Joey added Trinity, Jada, Josie, and Justice. Matt added Taylor and Ike. Cody added Lakyn and EmmaLane.

Eston was owner of Eston Angel Construction Company, Angel's Wrecker Service, and was one of the original founders and co- owners of Pikeville Funeral Home. He was a hard worker who was always willing to help anyone he could and lived a productive life daily. In his spare time, he enjoyed hugging his grandchildren or shaking a fist at them, playing music, shooting some pool, and dancing a little jig.

Eston loved his family in special, individual ways, differently and uniquely, until he passed July 28, 2023.

He will be passionately and sorely missed not only by his family and loving sister Helen, but also by his many friends.

A celebration of his life will be held at 3 pm CDT Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in the Pikeville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ronny Colvard officiating. Burial will be in Iron Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 pm CDT on Monday, July 31, 2023 and Tuesday all day until service time.
