Jeff was a 1986 Graduate of Elizabethton, a 1990 Graduate of Carson Newman University, and a 1995 Graduate of The Southern Baptist Theology Seminary with a Master of Divinity and a Masters Degree of Arts Education. Jeff was a teacher. He was a member and Deacon of Oak Street Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor Eastes Andrews who passed away October 16, 2022, by a sister: Julia Andrews, a brother: Earl Alvin Andrews, his Maternal Grandparents: Earl & Ona Eastes, Brush Creek, Tennessee and his Paternal Grandparents: Alvin G. & Sarah Andrews of the Elk Mills Community and many aunts & uncles.
