Born in Greenwood, February 21, 1957, she was a daughter of the late William Edwin, Sr. and Johnnie Clardy Manley. Formerly employed by Self Regional Medical Center as an LPN, she retired from Abbeville Nursing Home. Mrs. Proctor was a member of Woodfields Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are a son, James Fisher of Manning; two step-sons, Michael (Kelly) Proctor of Greenwood and Joe Glenn Proctor, Jr. of Denver, CO; two step-daughters, Paula (Mike) Blair of Mississippi and Tommy Proctor of Charleston; a sister, Martha M. (Charles) Manley of Greenwood; a sister-in-law, Patsy Hozey Manley of Greenwood; two brothers, Michael W. Manley of Bradley and John Clifton Manley of Greenville; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, William E. Manley, Jr. A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
