Obituary for Billie Mae Greenhaw
Billie Mae Greenhaw was born February 20, 1931, in Skiatook, Oklahoma, to Robert Alton Alexander and Ada Mae Pritchet Alexander. She died Monday, July 31, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 92 years.

Billie completed her secondary education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Central High School Class of 1949. She was married February 1, 1950, in Tulsa, to Marvin Hershel Greenhaw,, Jr. They had made their home in Owasso, Oklahoma, since 1980. Billie spent most of her working life as a bookkeeper with Heatwave Supply Company in Tulsa, retiring after 30 plus years. She and Marvin were charter members of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Tulsa where they regularly attended. Billie enjoyed a variety of pastimes including baking and working in her garden. She was also an excellent seamstress. She, along with Marvin, enjoyed square dancing, playing golf, and traveling. She was especially fond of her role as "Grandma".

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Marvin Greenhaw, son, Alex Greenhaw, sister, Peggy Wetzel, and brother, Robert Alexander.

Memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Tulsa. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Billie's memory to St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 10513 East Admiral Place, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74116.
