Margie (Keehn) Orsburn Tanner, died on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Schmitt Woodland Hills. She was born on September 4, 1929, to Everett and Dottie (Toney) Keehn. She graduated from Richland High School in 1947. On October 16, 1948, she and Cleo Orsburn were married. They were married for 40 years until Cleo's death in December of 1988. She later married Cecil Tanner, however their marriage was cut short due to Cecil having a massive heart attack. Margie then found a great companion in Buren Hoffman. Margie had several jobs throughout the years, from working at A&W in Richland Center, The Richland Bowling Alley (where she made fantastic pizza), J C Penny and the most memorable was the Attendance Secretary and the Richland Center High School. Margie loved to play Bingo, cards, and going to the casino when she could. In her younger days she loved to bowl and was on several teams and enjoyed going to the state tournaments.
Margie is survived by her children: Janet (George) Sutton of Fitchburg, Richard (Susan) Orsburn of Richland Center; grandchildren: Chris Fish (fiance' Dawn Clark) of Wisconsin Rapids, Jennifer (Mel) Fish of Madison, Melissa (Billy) Shipler of Janesville, Bret (Laura) Orsburn of Lyndale TX; great grandchildren: Ilana (Tyler) Nalbach, Lauren Fish (Peter Walkowiak), Kailey Berry, Devin Shipler, Steven Fish; special niece: Debbie Anderson; sister: Louise Walters; brother: Johnny (Moreen) Keehn; numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, step great great grandchildren, step great great great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends she had made throughout her life.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Cleo, a baby daughter, second husband Cecil Tanner, her long-time companion Buren Hoffman, and a great great grandson Julian Nalbach.
A remembrance luncheon will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church in Richland Center on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be directed to Agrace.

The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
