Orlen G. Easterday, 73, Union Twp farmer died today at his home 7 miles east of Columbia City. A native of Green Twp, Noble County, he had resided at the present address since 1938. He was a member of the Lutheran Church at Albion and the Modern Woodmen Lodge.
Survivors include the widow, Goldie; 3 sons, Kenneth, Coesse, Clarence, South Whitley, Dallas Columbia City; one daughter, Mrs. Lester Klicko, Harvard, Ill.; 18 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Ralph, Ligonier, Claude, Huntington, George, Coesse; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Lester Scheurich, Kendallville, and Mrs. Roy Shortz, Indianapolis. Services will be Saturday at Smith Funeral Home. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery. 10-31-1956
