Son of John (Jack) Henry Bradford & Emily Littlefield. Married to Johnnie Franklin Smith in January 1919. They had 4 children together. He worked the Texas Pipeline Company, which later turned into Texaco, for 41 years. After he retired he traveled around the country and the world with his family. He settled after retirement in Graham with his daughter, Mary Francis who cared for him until his death in 1985. He was a Mason and Eastern Star. He was a deacon in his church and a fine christian man.
