Peter S. Schwartz, 81, of 34745 Schwartz Rd., died in his home yesterday morning after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of Avon where he was born. Mr. Schwartz, a retired farmer, was a member of Holy Trinity Church and the Holy Name Society. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Mary Mikulin, Cleveland; one son, Raymond Schwartz, Avon; three grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Ella Forthofer, Mrs. Agnes Urig, Mrs. Helen Smith, the Misses Martha, Blanche and Dorothy Schwartz, all of Avon. His wife, Mary; one sister, Mrs. Anna Krebs and two brothers, Leo and Louis, preceded him in death. Friends may call at the Burmeister County Line Funeral Home, 3200 Detroit Rd., today and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Rosary services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church. The Rev. Michael Ondik will officiate and burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Avon.
