He died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000, at Westminster Health Care Center, Clarksville. He was a native of Harrison County, a retired dairy farmer and a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Georgetown. Survivors include his wife, the former Edna Rochner; a daughter, Darla Welsh; a son, Kendall L. Hottell; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, and after 8 a.m. Saturday.
