John Wallis Married Elizabeth Bond; November 25, 1851. Elizabeth died on June 21, 1880 and is buried in the cemetery at Dahlonega. Children of John and Elizabeth; Daughters Eldorada (Elda), Nevada (Maggie), Calodona (Charity Callie) and sons Cicero and Luther. John Jr. joined his father in Texas shortly after the death of his wife.
