Veronica Kobylarz, 71, of Honey Pot Street, Nanticoke, died Wednesday morning at her home.
A lifelong resident of Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Baldowicz Antonik.
She attended Nanticoke schools and was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Nanticoke, and its Christian Mothers Society. She was employed as a wrapper by General Cigar Co., Nanticoke, and retired upon its closure.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, in 1989; and a brother, Edward, in 1944.
Surviving are her sons, Edward and Richard, both of Nanticoke; six. grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Clem (Elizabeth) Washik, Nanticoke; nieces and nephews.
Puneral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday from the Grontkowski Funeral Home P.C., 51-53 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery, Nanticoke.
Members of the Christian Mothers Society of St. Joseph's Church and the Rev. Leo Gardzalla will recite the rosary at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
