LOWELL, Nov. 10, Leroy Talbot, aged 32, youngest son of the late Gov Thomas Talbot, and brother of Thomas Talbot, chairman of the republican state committee, died at his home in North Billerica, this afternoon.
Mr. Talbot was one of the owners of the Talbot mills in North Billerica. He leaves a wife and child.
