James was born on May 19, 1944 in Columbus, MS to Mary Agnes Pullen and Sandford Pullen. James served the Columbus community as a property manager and repairman for over 50 years. He was married to Melinda Honeycutt Pullen for 51 years and had two children.
The memorial service will be held for all to attend on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Gunter Peel Chapel, 716 2nd Avenue North, Columbus, MS.
