This is T'Keyah Corbett. T'Keyah & her cousin Audrey, and her Aunt Jamie Corbett passed in a house fire on Feb. 23, 1998 in Aracoma, WV. Her grandmother Edna lived for 6 weeks after the fire & died of injuries she received. T'Keyah passed 2 days before she was to turn 2 years old. Her mother Charisse passed 11 months before the fire from being murdered. T'Keyah & Audrey were buried in the same casket together as they should have been cause they were so close to each other. They both looked exactly like their Mom's when they were little. T'Keyah had such a sweet, beautiful, humble little smile that could make you melt. She had to endure so much in her short short life but that little girl was tough. She & Audrey were always into things but they were so full of life that it was an inspiration to just watch them. She loved playing outside with Audrey & she to was fascinated with birds. I effectionately called her "TiKi" & she couldn't say Audrey's name right so she called her "Obby". She was a true blessing to me & I know people that got the chance to meet TiKi & Audrey knows that their lives were enriched to just have known them !
