Jamie was my neice & she was killed in a housefire along with her daughter, her sisters baby & her grandmother on Febuary 23,1998. Jamie was only 17 when she passed. Jamie was very popular & everyone that hung out with her loved her. Jamie could also dance like a professional & her daughter Audrey would try so very hard to dance like her Mom ! Jamie was a kind hearted person & was so misunderstood by so many. I appreciate the time I got to spend with Jamie. She shared so much with me that her Mom & so many others had done to her & it made her realize so many things in her short life & she was forced to have to grow up way too fast. She told me the night before the fire that her grandmother Edna was her Mother cause she said Edna had raised her & that Waverly had given up everything in his life to help Edna raise her, her sister & brother & their kids. Jamie had many friends that I know all love & miss her. She was the type of person that became your friend the second she met you. She was definitely a "people person". She was so beautiful & had so much potential before her tragic young death.
