Kansas Rites Arranged for Dr. Leverich.
Dr. Leslie Leverich, retired Kansas City, Mo., obstetrician, died Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. R. H. Channell, 4037 Bryn Mawr. He had been ill ten months. Dr. Leverich was born in Denver, Colo. He would have been 83 on Sept. 25. He was graduated in 1897 from Columbian Medical College, Kansas City, Mo., and taught pediatrics there for a time. He later taught in the school of nurses at Bethany Hospital, Kansas City, Kan. He retired four years ago and moved to Dallas. He was a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of various medical groups. Services will be held Thursday at Fulton Funeral Home in Kansas City, Kan.
