Lori was a 1974 graduate of Pentucket Regional High School. She was an accomplished tennis player and won several awards. Lori was named most valuable player on her field hockey team, junior year. She was the recipient of the DAR good citizen award in her senior year. She continued her education graduating from Merrimack College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology. Lori worked as a medical technologist for several research and laboratory companies in the greater Boston and was most recently employed by Quest Diagnostics.


Lori was an avid reader, enjoyed watching sunsets with her mom and boat rides with her sister. She loved boating, kayaking and floating on her tube. She enjoyed snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, caning and refinishing chairs as well as weaving. Lori also enjoyed the lobster and clam bake feasts with her family. She enjoyed traveling, locally and to warm water destinations. She especially enjoyed her summers spent with friends on Bailey Island, Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and Angle Pond. Lori and her dear friend volunteered at Mitch's Place feeding the homeless, donated to Community Action and sang together in church choirs at St. Rita's and All Saints.
