Mrs. Linda Fay Butler, 77 of Delta Alabama passed away on July 15, 2023. A funeral service will be held at Miller Funeral Home in the Toby Miller Chapel Friday July 21, 2023 at 2:00pm. A visitation will be held the same day starting at 12:00pm until time of the service. A graveside service will follow at Abel Baptist Church Cemetery in Delta, Alabama. Steve Buttram will be officiating.
Linda is survived by her husband of nearly 58 years, Hilmon Butler. She also leaves behind three children: Richard (Kathy) Butler of Abel, AL, Tracy (Steve) Buttram of Hopkinsville, KY, and Chris Butler of Abel, AL. Linda has nine grandchildren: Geoffrey (Cheyanne) Chambers of Auburn, AL, Aaron (Jessica) Chambers of Marshalltown, Iowa, Nathan (Ryan) Calderon of Nashville, Tennessee, Wesley (Kayla) Butler of Fort Stewart, Georgia, Ryan (Rachael) Butler of Gadsden, Alabama, Zachary Buttram of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Brennan Butler of Eastaboga, Alabama, Hannah Buttram of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and Caitlyn Butler of Abel, Alabama. Linda has 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Freeman and Ollie Mae Sanders.
