Rebecca Lynn Carr, 27, of New Alexandria, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008, at her home. She was born Oct. 15, 1980, a daughter of Paul Lester and Cara Lee (Ostrom) Spudy, of Manor. Rebecca was a member of Christian Fellowship Church, and had been a member and leader of the youth group and youth choir. She was a graduate of Hempfield High School. Rebecca was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Albert and Ellen Rupp Spudy. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Charles R. Carr; her two precious children, Bradley Charles and Justin Dallas Carr; a sister, Heather Pendleton and husband, Chris; a brother, Paul J. Spudy; a nephew, Hudson Graem Pendleton; and maternal grandparents, Dallas and Joanne Eaton. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME INC., 524 N. Main St., Greensburg. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Christian Fellowship Church, 2003 Ridge Road, Jeannette, with Pastor Roy Aiken officiating. (Everyone go directly to the church.) Private interment will be in New Alexandria Union Cemetery. Rebecca's family wishes donations be made in her memory to Christian Fellowship Church and Academy, in lieu of flowers. Terence L.
