Presley Robert "Bob" Bartlett, 80, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away peacefully Sunday July 9, 2023 at Heritage Valley in Beaver, PA.

Bob was born February 2, 1943 in Rachel, WV, a son of the late Presley L. and Lucille (Farley) Bartlett, Jr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley Lee Bartlett on June 24, 2007; his second wife, Nita Lee Calevro-Bartlett on August 5, 2020; and a brother, Thurl "Bud" Bartlett.

Bob retired in November of 2003 from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Crop. where he was an electrician/motor inspector. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Bob was a member of the Harmony Church of Mingo Junction; the Steubenville Masonic Lodge #45 F&AM; the Steubenville Shrine Club; and the Valley of Steubenville Scottish Rite. Bob the Builder, as he was affectionately known, was a handyman to many people in the Tri-State area for many years.

Surviving are a daughter, Cindy Humpe and her companion Chuck Jackson of East Liverpool, OH; a son, Mike (Michelle) Bartlett of New Florence, PA; a brother, Rodney Bartlett of Rachel, WV; eight grandchildren, Kelsey Bartlett-Woods, Sean Humpe and his fiancé Jordyn Adkins, Josh Bartlett, Amber Bartlett, Trevor Bartlett, Marisah Bartlett, Takota Bartlett and Mikaelah Bartlett; a great-grandson, Ayden Humpe; his special friend, Jackie Porter of Empire, OH; and his best friend, Harry Maragos of Mingo Junction, OH.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Avenue, Mingo Junction, OH. On Thursday there will be viewing at Harmony Church of Mingo Junction from 10:00 a.m. until the time of his funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Sam Davis, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery with military honors by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad.

There will be Masonic Services on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
