A resident of Turon, KS for 48 yrs before moving to Arizona and Massachusetts, she was an artist, creating public and private art in a variety of media, and a homemaker. She was chosen as "Kansas Artist" for several years for her oil paintings, and worked for Douglas Aircraft as a "Rosie The Riveter" during World War II, and twice did the church windows for the former Methodist Church, Turon. On July 3, 1945, she married Floyd Neff Froman in Minneapolis, MN. He died 4-22-2002. Survivors include: a son, David and wife Elizabeth, San Diego, CA, a daughter, Jo and husband Mark B. Fuller, Belmont MA, three grandchildren, Michelle Froman, Daniel Froman, and Alexander Fuller, brother, Robert M Kuphal, sister, Josephine Pederson. Funeral at Turon Community Church, Turon, KS.
