MRS. ELMORE, 86, DIES IN CALIFORNIA.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday for Mrs. Estelle Foster Elmore, 86, former Shreveport resident who died Saturday in Glendale, Calif., where she resided for the past 18 years.
Services will be held at the graveside in Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. E. H. Lehnhoff, pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, officiating.
Mrs. Elmore is survived by her husband, J. M. Elmore; one daughter, Mrs. William Nethery of Glendale; three sisters, Mrs. W. L. Hamner and Mrs. E. A. Hamner, both of Shreveport, and Mrs. A. M. Wynne of Bernice; three brothers, Ray Foster of Shreveport, J. K. Foster of Memphis; and Q. K. Foster of Leesville.
The body will arrive in Shreveport Wednesday at noon and remain at Wellman's Funeral Home until service time.
Pallbearers will be John K. Foster, Rogers Foster, Elgin Hamner, Foster Hamner, Jimmie McCullough and Tillman Watts.
