She was preceded in death by her parents, Shelby and Eunice Cunningham of Dothan; the father of her children, Kenneth Mathis; and her children, Deborah Ann Cunningham and Kenneth Lamar Ivey; and her brother, John and Shirley Cunningham.
Juanita was a dedicated employee of the City of Dothan until her retirement. Her commitment to her work was a testament to her strong work ethic and her dedication to serving her community.
