Allie I. Roberson, 60, of Urbana, Illinois, passed away at 3:39 a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at her home.

She was born in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of Mae (York) Black. Allie married Michael Roberson on June 2011.

Allie is survived by her daughter, Alisha (Brandon) Schmidgall of St. Louis, Missouri; significant other, Len Knee; brothers, Don Black and Derrick (Becki) Black both of Villa Grove, Illinois, Fred (Mary) Black of New Mexico and Matthew (Bonnie) Black of Champaign, Illinois; sisters, Patty Black and Mary (George) Cunningham both of Urbana, Illinois and fur babies, Beau Regard and Spirit.

She was preceded by her maternal grandparents; mother; husband, Michael and brother, Stacey Black.

Allie graduated from Urbana High School in 1980. She worked as a cashier at Meijer in Urbana, Illinois. She enjoyed gardening and most of all spending time with her daughter, Alisha.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with unexpected expenses.
