Robert "Bob" Nickell, was the son of Francis Harlen and Lillie Fair (Elton) NICKELL. He married Truba Aline Montgomery October 5, 1940 at Centrahoma. They lived and farmed when young near Allen but soon moved to Wichita, KS where he schooled as a machinist, during WWII. They moved to Calif and lived there until he retired in the early 1970's, when they moved to Ada where they made their home.
He was a member of the Happyland Free Will Baptist church at the time of his death, where he attended faithfully.
He loved the outdoors; he fished and hunted with friends and buddies all during his working years when he had some time. He was always compassonate to others less fortunate than he. He enjoyed visiting and the commaderie of friends and kinsfolks, and they enjoyed him.
