Cecilia D. Ramm, 95, a longtime Waterville, Wenatchee and Quincy resident, passed away July 2, 2016 in East Wenatchee, WA. For the last ten months she resided at Bonaventure of East Wenatchee, WA. Cecilia was born June 19, 1921, in Waterville, WA to Cassius and Anne Bell Bartholomew and was the last of nine children. She received her education in Waterville and graduated from Waterville High School. She worked in the Douglas Co. Assessors office for several years. Cecilia married Eugene F. W. Ramm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waterville, WA on November 24, 1946. They lived in Farmer, Wenatchee, and retired in Quincy, WA. Cecilia's favorite things were traveling, camping, ocean beaches, and gardening. She had a giving heart, a sense of humor, and was there for people always.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; a daughter, Beverly; and five brothers; and three sisters. She is survived by her children: Marilyn (Pete) Burns of Walla Walla, WA, Mike Ramm of Quincy, WA, Robert (Marsha) Ramm of Wilbur, WA, Richard Ramm, of Quincy, WA, David Ramm of Moses Lake, WA, Fred Ramm of Seattle, WA, Dorothy Ramm of Wenatchee, WA, and Carolyn Ramm of Jamestown, NY; three grandchildren: Jen Ramm, Rachel Ramm, and Anna (Mike) Goodwin; three great-grandchildren: Leah, Alexis, and Titus Goodwin.
A Service Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 101 E. Poplar St., Waterville, WA.
