She is survived by her children Steven Fields (Dionne), Judy Whitaker (Rick), and Robert Fields (Cheri). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist church and later St. Matthews Baptist Church where she served as a deacon.
A graveside service with immediate family members only will be held on July 6. Burial Cave Hill Cemetery.
