Gladys Dorine Everett, age 87, passed from this life Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Odessa, TX. She was born Saturday, August 22, 1931 in Del Rio, TX to Theodore and Elizabeth Wolff Ridgway.

Gladys loved flowers, gardening and making jewelry. She had a love for cardinals and hummingbirds. When she was younger she would sew and was into embroidery. Gladys was very artistic and would do ceramic and tole paintings. She loved to crochet.

Those left to cherish her love and memories are her sons: Lane and Gene Everett, both of Odessa; daughter: Beth Aaron and husband Rick of Ft. Stockton; sister: Laura Ann Burell of Houston; 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son: Clay Everett; sister: Joyce Vickers; brothers-in-law: Delton Burell and Larry Vickers; and granddaughter: Emily Everett.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Acres West Funeral Chapel in Odessa, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 17, 2019 at East Hill Cemetery in Ft. Stockton, TX at 10:00 am. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.
