Louise was born on January 17, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY and was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Walsh) Higgins.
Louise was retired from the State of Pennsylvania where she employed as a computer operator. She enjoyed playing Bingo but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Louise is survived by her sons, Philip J. Kleinbohl and wife, Michelle and John C. Kleinbohl and wife, Kimber; her daughter, Debra A. Ulrich and husband, Jay; her brothers, Steve Severin and wife, Kathy and John Higgins and wife, Frances; 8 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
Services will held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 in the Matinchek Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. at 260 East Main Street, Middletown, PA. A visitation will be from 10 AM to 11 AM, Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Middletown Cemetery, Middletown, PA.
