Services for ROBERT NEELLY CHURCH, 84, of 1156 Cumberland Road NE, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Spring Hill with burial in Westview Cemetery. Mr. Church died Wednesday. He was employed by American Telephone & Telegraph for 47 years. Mr. Church was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Survivors include his widow, Effie Holt; daughters, Mrs. Joseph Connell, Jr., and Mrs. T. D.
