Note from Robert Blew: Eulah (my grandmother) is the daughter of Jesse Still and Georgia Ann Slaughter. Georgia Ann was the daughter of Judge Philip Slade Slaughter and Rebecca Jane Wright. Judge Philip Slade Slaughter was the son of Lewis Edgecombe Suggett Slaughter and Nancy Margaret Phillips. Nancy Phillips would be Eulah's great grandmother.

Nancy was the wife of Lewis Edgecomb Slaughter, b. Feb 11, 1799, d. Jun 2, 1852, married Nancy on Jul 22, 1834 She was the mother of both Margaret Elizabeth Slaughter and George Ann Slaugher. Margaret Elizabeth married Joshua Glover and George Ann married William Lewis Glover who were brothers.

On Jul 19, 1834, Nancy's father gave consent to marriage and James M. Bell was security. Nancy's Mother Margaret was a witness to the marriage bonds.

Lewis and Margaret had the following children in addition to those linked:
