He was greeted in heaven by his parents James Louie, Sr. and Vercie Adams as well as his brother James "Jamie" Louie Adams Jr. and grandson Calvin "Lee" Adams III.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Martha "Kitty" Adams. He also leaves behind his three children – Calvin L. Adams, Jr. (Olga), Sherri Adams MacDonald (John), and Debbie Adams Murray (Will), five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and his brother, Felix Adams (Kim); and many extended family members, all of whom he loved and cherished dearly.
Born in Tampa, Florida and raised in Fenholloway, Florida. He served our country in the US Army 82nd Airborne Division. He lived and worked in Citrus and Levy counties for 59 years, 30 of which he served in the Florida Marine Patrol.
