DECATUR-Funeral for Clara Elizabeth Weldon Lee, 83, of Decatur, will be Friday, August 19, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mrs. Lee, who died Tuesday, August 16, 2022, was born Sunday, February 26, 1939, to Lorenza Trammell Weldon and Cathadine Pate Weldon in Reeltown, Alabama. She was a 1957 graduate of Auburn High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Decatur. Mrs. Lee was a wonderful homemaker and an exceptional cook. She was a loving mom, grandmother and great-grandma who always put her family first.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy H. Lee, her parents and four siblings.
She is survived by her two sons, David Lee (Kim) amd Daniel Lee (Christina); four grandchildren, BreAnna Legg (Wesley), Storm Johnson, Juliana Lee and Hunter Lee (Sarah Joy) and three great-grandchildren, Holten, Weston, and Shelby Elizabeth Legg.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
