The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. The burial will be at the Edgington Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Edgington Cemetery, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Edgington Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Albert was born on January 18, 1937, the son of Atlas and Ruth Blaser Bingman. He married Edna Eckhardt in August 1957 in Edgington.
In his early years, Albert drove a milk truck route picking up cans of milk from the local farmers and delivering them to the dairy in Moline. He then worked at the Eckhardt Bldg. & Supply in Edgington. Albert retired as a Union Carpenter from UAW Local 4.
Albert took great pride in his yard. He especially loved gardening and raising his tomatoes that he would give to his friends and family. Albert always took great pride in his family and cherished the time he spent with his twin grandchildren, Cody and Molly.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Mae; son and daughter-in-law, Conte and Judy Bingman; daughter, Sandy Bingman; grandchildren, Cody (Rylee Luebbe) Bingman and Molly (Jordan) Painter; sister-in-law, Marie (Tom) McClure a number nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister and brother-in-law, Gerranice and Ed Kelly.
