Jarvis La-Mar Akins was born on December 27, 1985, in Orlando, Florida, to the proud parents Wanda Wiley and the late, Scottie Akins. As a child, Jarvis was a member of The Life Center Church, in Maitland, FL He later went on to attend Harvest Baptist Church with his grandfather the late, Edgar Warren known as "Skip" and Grandmother Linda. He would also attend Apostle Loretta V. Harris's church with his mom at Dimensions International Ministries. He last visited his mother's church, The Fountains of Living Water Faith Center, Inc. with Dr. Apostle Henrietta Demonia. Even though he was not a member he stayed on the prayer list for years. He might as well have been an "absent member" LOL. Any-time we had disagreements he would say "Oh, what would the Apostle have to say and then threatened to call her on us." LOL, that was just too funny to us for him to have the nerve to call our pastor on us.
